The FDA-000011E automatic piglet drinker is designed to provide reliability, durability, and optimal water delivery during the early growth stages of piglets.

The heights provided are general guidelines.
For piglet rearing, we recommend using two installation heights or height adjusters to adapt the drinker's position to the animals' growth.

The FDA-000011E drinker can be installed at an angle between 15° and 45°:

• 15° → use the lower height

• 45° → use the higher height

This ensures correct posture for the animals and reduces water waste.

Recommended water pressure

Water pressure for piglets must not exceed 2 bar.
Lower pressures improve:

• Water savings

• Seal and spring durability

• Flow regularity

• Ease of use

• Waste reduction

👉 Use of a pressure reducer is recommended if the water line has high or unstable values.

Flow rate varies depending on the pressure available throughout the stable.
For piglets and the fattening phase, a flow rate between 0.6 and 1 L/min is recommended.

Optional valves are available to increase flow rate with:

• Ø 3 mm

• Ø 3.5 mm

• Ø 4 mm

Pressure reducers allow for centralized management, especially useful in summer when it is necessary to increase the flow rate.

Water contamination

Impurities in the water or pipes are one of the main causes of drinker malfunction.
