The processing of personal data will be carried out by FDA srl using computer systems or paper-based media, by specifically authorized personnel, to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.

Nature of Data Provision

The provision of your personal data is to be considered optional; however, the absence of such data makes it impossible for FDA srl to provide the requested services, as it would not have the necessary data to fulfill accounting and tax obligations.

Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights (Art. 7 – Legislative Decree No. 196/2003)

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:

  • a) the origin of the personal data;
  • b) the purposes and methods of processing;
  • c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
  • d) the identification details of the data controller, processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003;
  • e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the territory of the State, processors, or authorized persons.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:

  • a) updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data;
  • b) deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including regarding their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • a) on legitimate grounds to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
  • b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for conducting market research or commercial communication.

Data will be retained as long as they remain current and in any case for a maximum of 10 years.

Nature of Data Provision

The provision of your personal data is to be considered optional. However, failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain what is requested by the user/visitor/customer or prevent FDA srl from carrying out the above-mentioned activities.

The collection of certain personal data is also mandatory in order to comply with legal and tax obligations, and refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to establish relationships with our Company.

Rights of the Data Subject (Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679)

1) The data subject has the right to request from the data controller access to personal data and rectification or erasure thereof or restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability;

2) Where the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes, they have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

3) The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority, Privacy Authority, is the Italian national supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, an independent administrative authority established by the privacy law (Law No. 675 of December 31, 1996) in implementation of EU Directive 95/46/EC).
